According to Article 12 of the Gender Equality in Employment Act and related regulations, no work environment may engage in the following sexual harassment behaviors towards job applicants or employees:
- Verbal, written, visual, or electronic messages involving gender discrimination or sexual harassment
- Physical contact, sexual demands, or indecent acts
- Abuse of authority, work assignments, or employment conditions to demand inappropriate sexual conduct

- Provide consultation and complaint services for sexual harassment
- 📞 165 Anti-Fraud and Rights Consultation Hotline (also available for urgent sexual harassment cases)
- Confirm the sexual harassment incident
- Document the words, actions, interview process, or workplace environment related to the incident.
- Submit a complaint
- Complaints can be submitted via phone, email, or in person at an Employment Service Center.
- Follow-up handling
- The competent authority will investigate, provide guidance, or take disciplinary action against the violating employer or responsible party according to the law.
- If you encounter sexual harassment during interviews or in the workplace, please report it immediately.
- PointsUP will cooperate with the competent authorities in investigations and prohibits any form of sexual harassment.
