Sexual Harassment Prevention and Complaint Hotline Announcement
PointsUP values the safety and dignity of every user in the workplace and during the job application process. We are committed to preventing sexual harassment and provide the following government-supported complaint and consultation channels to protect your rights.

1. Principles of Sexual Harassment Prevention
According to Article 12 of the Gender Equality in Employment Act and related regulations, no work environment may engage in the following sexual harassment behaviors towards job applicants or employees:
  • Verbal, written, visual, or electronic messages involving gender discrimination or sexual harassment
  • Physical contact, sexual demands, or indecent acts
  • Abuse of authority, work assignments, or employment conditions to demand inappropriate sexual conduct
Any actions violating the above regulations constitute illegal sexual harassment.

3. Complaint Procedure
  1. Confirm the sexual harassment incident
    • Document the words, actions, interview process, or workplace environment related to the incident.
  2. Submit a complaint
    • Complaints can be submitted via phone, email, or in person at an Employment Service Center.
  3. Follow-up handling
    • The competent authority will investigate, provide guidance, or take disciplinary action against the violating employer or responsible party according to the law.

4. Reminders
  • If you encounter sexual harassment during interviews or in the workplace, please report it immediately.
  • PointsUP will cooperate with the competent authorities in investigations and prohibits any form of sexual harassment.
